Account & Registration

Creating an account is straightforward. Head over to the Register page, fill in your details — including a valid email address or mobile number — and follow the verification steps. Once verified, your account is ready and you can explore the full game library right away. Make sure you are at least 21 years old before registering.

Go to the Login page and tap "Forgot password?" You'll be asked to enter your registered email or mobile number. A reset link or OTP will be sent to you. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you don't receive anything within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

No. Each player is only allowed one account on GoJockpot. Creating multiple accounts is against our Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension. If you're having trouble accessing your existing account, reach out to support and we'll help you recover it instead.

Identity verification helps us keep your account secure and process withdrawals without delays. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID — such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card — along with a selfie for confirmation. The process is handled securely and your documents are kept confidential. Completing KYC early avoids hold-ups when you're ready to cash out.

Log in to your account and navigate to your profile settings. Most basic details like display name and contact number can be updated directly. For changes to sensitive information such as your registered email or full legal name, you may need to go through an additional verification step. Contact support if you run into any issues.

Deposits & Withdrawals

GoJockpot supports Philippine Peso (PHP) transactions through local payment channels including online banking, bank transfers, and popular e-wallets like GCash and Maya. All transactions are processed in PHP. We do not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods.

Most deposits are credited to your GoJockpot account quickly after the transaction is confirmed on your payment channel. Processing times can vary depending on the method used and network conditions. If your balance hasn't updated after a reasonable wait, keep your transaction reference handy and contact our support team for assistance.

Go to the withdrawal section in your account dashboard, select your preferred payout method, enter the amount in PHP, and confirm the request. Make sure your account is verified before submitting a withdrawal — unverified accounts may experience delays. Payouts are processed to the same channel you used for your deposit where possible.

GoJockpot aims to keep transactions as straightforward as possible for Philippine players. Any applicable fees depend on the payment method chosen. Check the payment details shown during the transaction process for the most accurate information. Your bank or e-wallet provider may also apply their own service charges — these are outside GoJockpot's control.

Games & Game Lobby

GoJockpot offers a wide range of games suited to Filipino players, including fish shooting games, video slots, live dealer casino tables, and eBingo. You can browse everything available through the Game Lobby. The library is regularly updated, so there's almost always something new to try.

Yes. GoJockpot is fully accessible from your mobile browser on Android and iOS devices. For a more optimised experience, you can also download the GoJockpot App. Your account, balance, and game progress are the same whether you're playing on your phone or desktop — everything syncs automatically.

Most games on GoJockpot can be played directly in your browser with no download needed. Simply log in and start playing. If you want the native app experience with smoother performance and quick access from your home screen, visit the App page for download instructions.

eBingo is the online version of the classic bingo game that's been a favourite pastime across the Philippines for generations. On GoJockpot, you can join bingo rooms, purchase cards, and play against other players in real time. Head to the Bingo page to get started. It's one of the more relaxed game formats on the platform — good for evenings when you want something low-key.

Security & Privacy

GoJockpot uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our platform. Your payment details and personal information are handled with strict security protocols. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorised third parties. For more details, read our Privacy Policy.

OTP stands for One-Time Password. When enabled, a unique code is sent to your registered mobile number or email each time you log in from a new or unrecognised device. This adds an extra layer of security — even if someone has your password, they can't access your account without the OTP. We strongly recommend keeping this feature active.

Act quickly. Change your password immediately through the Login page using the "Forgot password?" option, then contact our support team to flag the issue. Provide as many details as possible — when you noticed the problem, any unfamiliar transactions, and your registered contact details. Our team will review the account activity and assist you in securing it.

Promotions & Bonuses

GoJockpot runs various promotional campaigns for registered players, which may include welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and seasonal events. Available promotions change over time, so the best way to stay updated is to check the Promotions page after logging in. We don't publish specific bonus amounts or turnover requirements here as these details are subject to change.

Log in to your account and visit the Promotions page to view currently active offers. Each promotion will have its own claim instructions — some are applied automatically, while others may require you to opt in or enter a code. Read the specific terms for each offer before participating to understand any conditions that apply.

Responsible Gaming

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on GoJockpot. This is a strict requirement. Age verification may be required during the KYC process. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed and any funds returned in accordance with our policies.

Yes. GoJockpot provides tools to help you play within your means. You can set deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods through your account settings. These are designed to support healthy gaming habits. Visit our Responsible Gaming page to learn more about the tools available and guidance on managing your play.

If you feel you need a break, GoJockpot supports self-exclusion requests. You can initiate a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting our support team directly. During an exclusion period, you won't be able to log in or place bets. We take these requests seriously and process them promptly. Remember: gaming should always be a form of entertainment, never a way to generate income or solve financial problems.
